Purpose
Your team will own part of our Harmoney platform.
The Product Owner role will work closely with Product Management from discovery to delivery, aligning product & technical visions. You will be able to understand & analyse complex product requirements, with the ability to translate & communicate these requirements to a team of engineers. You will facilitate and lead the refinement and breakdown of these requirements into prioritised deliverables. A keen eye for a solution and exceptional prioritisation skills are essential for this role.
This is a key role in our delivery success team at Harmoney.

Essential Skills

• Business Analysis skills in the finance sector
• Understanding of the Scrum Product Owner role
• Leadership skills
• Calm influencer and the ability to work with a range of personalities
• Experience working closely with developers & quality engineers
• Delivery Management experience
• Working experience with agile delivery teams
• Exposure to a data lead culture

Responsibilities

• Providing delivery leadership to an engineering delivery team
• Working with a team of POs ensuring your team is resourced appropriately
• Working alongside Product Managers in discovery of new product ideas
• Leadership, facilitation & delegation for agile ceremonies. Eg reviews, planning, stand-ups etc.
